A man in his 20s has died after he was hit by a car in Kilkee, Co Clare, in the early hours of this morning.

A man in his 20s has died after he was hit by a car in Kilkee, Co Clare, in the early hours of this morning.

The accident happened just before 2am on O'Connell Street in the town.
