Gardaí to meet security firms after latest tiger raid

Garda commissioner Noel Conroy has called new talks with representatives of the security industry following the latest in a string of so-called tiger raids.

The raiders escaped with around €1.3m from a Securicor cash-in-transit van in Carlow after abducting one of the company's employees and his wife.
