The average industrial wage in Ireland rose by 3.5% in the first nine months of this year, compared to the same period in 2005.

The average industrial wage in Ireland rose by 3.5% in the first nine months of this year, compared to the same period in 2005.

Figures being released by the Central Statistics Office also show that the economy is now employing almost 5,000more industrial workers.
