Economist reiterates concerns about construction reliance

Leading economist Jim Power has reiterated his concern about Ireland's over-reliance on the construction sector.

Speaking at Fine Gael's policy meeting in Sligo today, Mr Power repeated the concerns of many of his colleagues by saying the Irish economy is too dependent on housing.
