NI deaths not suspicious - police
Suspicions that a man whose body was found in Bangor, Co Down had been murdered were dispelled today after a post mortem examination was carried out.
The body of the 51-year-old, named locally as Roy Matthews, was found in the Church Street area of the seaside town last night.
Police were initially suspicious after a neighbour raised the alarm when he spotting the front door of Mr Matthewsâs home open, went inside and found the body.
After the post mortem examination was carried out the Police Service said it was no longer treating the death as suspicious.
Meanwhile, a second body was recovered from the Broighter Road area of Limavady, Co Derry.
A post mortem examination was being carried out but police said they were not treating the death of the 71-year-old as suspicious.
