Three motorists were arrested for drink-driving every hour during the bank holiday weekend, according to figures released by Gardaí last night.

Three motorists were arrested for drink-driving every hour during the bank holiday weekend, according to figures released by Gardaí last night.

A total of 323 motorists was detained for the offence between Friday and Monday, 116 of them as a result of random breath tests.
