Murder accused continues giving evidence

A Nigerian man accused of beating his wife to death with a lump hammer has been asked by counsel for the State why he made no contact with anyone about his child after he said he left for England on the day of the killing.

On his second day in the witness box Goodwill Udechukwu said he was waiting for his wife to ring him.
