Public urged not to visit patients at Vincent’s

Management at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin this afternoon reiterated their appealing to the public to avoid visiting patients over the weekend in a bid to curb the spread of the winter vomiting bug.

Nine more people were diagnosed with the virus between 4 o’clock yesterday and 4pm this afternoon, bringing to 184 the total number of cases recorded in the hospital so far.
