The Irish Congress of Trade Unions (ICTU) has warned that tens of thousands of Irish workers could face unemployment due to the outsourcing of jobs to foreign countries.

In a policy paper published today, the organisation has predicted that up to 38,000 jobs could be moved to low-cost locations abroad in the coming years.
