British Govt handling of peace process under fire

A number of groups representing Irish-American Lobbyists have criticised the British government’s handling of the peace process in the North.

They accused the police of engineering the collapse of the power-sharing executive, and said that the British security services betrayed the cross-community confidence created by Irish America.
