A new code of practice governing the providers of mobile phone services such as ringtones and SMS competitions is due to come into force today.

A new code of practice governing the providers of mobile phone services such as ringtones and SMS competitions is due to come into force today.

The code has been put together by Regtel, the body that oversees and regulates premium-rate telecommunications in Ireland.
