‘Most docklands homes being bought by owner-occupiers’

A majority of people buying apartments in Dublin's docklands are owner-occupiers, according to estate agents Hooke and McDonald.

The company said a survey it carried out found that 62% of people who recently purchased homes in the area intended to live in the properties.
