PSNI chief constable defends contentious McAleese meeting

PSNI chief constable Hugh Orde has defended a meeting he held this morning with President Mary McAleese.

Mr Orde gave Mrs McAleese a full briefing on reform of policing in the North during the talks at PSNI headquarters in Belfast.
