SF councillor targeted in Down petrol bomb attack

Police in the North are investigating a petrol bomb attack on the home of a Sinn Féin councillor in Banbridge, Co Down.

One device was thrown at the house in Edenderry Park just before midnight last night while Councillor Dessie Ward was inside with his mother and 11-year-old brother.
