Bomb victim's school to hold counselling services today
The former school of the Irish girl killed in Saturday's bus bombing in Turkey is due to open today to hold counselling services for the teenager's friends.
Seventeen-year-old Tara Whelan died along with four other tourists when a bomb exploded on a minibus in Kusadasi.
She had been in the resort celebrating the end of her Leaving Cert with friends.
Her former school, the Mercy Convent in Waterford, is opening today to offer emotional support to students who have been traumatised by the death.
