A 26-year-old man is to undergo surgery after he was found last night with gunshot wounds.

A 26-year-old man is to undergo surgery after he was found last night with gunshot wounds.

A garda patrol car saw the man by chance near the Naas Road in Dublin. He had been shot twice in the upper body.
