Man dead after Galway tractor accident

A non-national was killed while working with a tractor in Co Galway yesterday evening.

The vehicle is understood to have rolled off a platform, crushing the 55-year-old. The accident occurred at Aughrim, near Ballinasloe, at around 6.30pm.
