Man recovering after Belfast punishment attack

A 46-year-old man is recovering this morning after being tied up and beaten during a paramilitary-style punishment attack in north Belfast last night.

A 46-year-old man is recovering this morning after being tied up and beaten during a paramilitary-style punishment attack in north Belfast last night.

The man was assaulted by three masked men who broke into his house on Serpentine Road shortly after 11pm.

The father-of-two suffered head and eye injuries in the attack, which happened while his children were sleeping upstairs.
