The Progressive Democrats will reportedly resist any plans for a publicly-owned second terminal at Dublin Airport.

Reports this morning said the matter was due to be discussed at a Cabinet meeting later today, when Transport Minister Martin Cullen will outline proposals relating to Dublin Airport and Aer Lingus.
