Murder investigation launched by Clare Gardaí

Gardaí in Clare have confirmed that they have launched a murder investigation following the discovery of a man's body near Ennis yesterday.

The body of a man in his 50s was discovered in a field in Porteruane, six miles from Ennis, in what Gardaí had described as "suspicious circumstances".
