Lucrative Leech PR contract expires today

Monica Leech's controversial term as PR consultant to the Department of the Environment comes to an end today.

Ms Leech, a close friend and association of Transport Minister Martin Cullen, was appointed to the €800-a-day position while Mr Cullen was in charge of the department.
