Dublin Mayor’s tsunami appeal tops €100,000

The Lord Mayor of Dublin's tsunami disaster appeal has reached a €100,000.

Michael Connaghan has said he is heartened by the generosity and compassion of Dubliners for people in crisis.

Further collections, which will be donated to the Red Cross, will take place at civic offices across the city this week.
