Three minutes silence planned for tsunami victims

There will be three minutes of silence on Wednesday morning at 11am in memory of the victims of the Asian tsunami.

Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has called for the observance of silence and Luxembourg, which now holds the EU Presidency, has asked all member states to do the same.
