Labour to publish proposals on educational disadvantage

The Labour party is to publish a paper later today outlining proposals to tackle educational disadvantage in Ireland.

The document attacks the Government's record in the area and highlights failures in the system being operated by the Fianna Fáil-Progressive Democrats coalition.
