Gardaí investigating west Dublin shooting

Gardaí are investigating a shooting incident in the Blanchardstown area of Dublin last night.

Two armed men entered a house on Fortlawn Avenue at 10pm and fired a number of shots before fleeing the scene on a black motorcycle.

Nobody was injured in the incident.

The scene has been preserved pending technical examination today.
