Mary McAleese inaugurated as fourth Irish second-term President

Mary McAleese has been inaugurated for her second term of office as President of Ireland at a ceremony in Dublin Castle today.

The event was attended by the Taoiseach Bertie Ahern, the Tánaiste Mary Harney, members of the Oireachtas and other invited guests.
