Dublin-Belfast rail scare revealed as hoax

A security alert, which temporarily disrupted rail services between Dublin and Belfast earlier today, has been lifted after it was declared a hoax.

The rail line between Newry and Belfast was closed for a number of hours as police investigated reports of a suspicious object near Station Road in Lisburn.
