The South Eastern Health Board has confirmed that Waterford Hospital was involved in the supply of glands from dead children to a drugs firm.

Waterford is the 14th hospital to admit involvement in the practice. The health board says when it examined records for the Dunne Inquiry, it could find no details relating to the supply of pituitary glands to any pharmaceutical company.
