Sea search for missing men called off

A major air and sea search for two men missing off the coast of Co Waterford has finished tonight.

The men, who are believed to be in their 20s and from the county, were reported missing in the Ballydowane area last night.

The search operation began after a third man was rescued from rocks close to where the other two were last seen, but was suspended due to poor light before restarting today.
