Deported Nigerian family awaits judicial review

A Nigerian family, deported from Ireland six weeks ago, has returned to face a judicial review of their case.

Felix Olaniran, his wife and their Irish-born baby arrived at Dublin Airport this morning to argue that their deportation was illegal as they had obtained an injunction against the action.
