McDowell: Referendum issue not fully understood

Justice Minister Michael McDowell has said he believes not everybody in Ireland fully understands the issues surrounding the upcoming citizenship referendum.

Mr McDowell was responding to a poll this morning which predicted that the referendum would be passed by a majority of two-to-one.
