Victims want abusers to be named

Lawyers representing victims of child abuse have expressed their disappointment that individual perpetrators will not be named.

The move was announced two weeks ago when Justice Sean Ryan, the chair of the Commission to Inquire Into Child Abuse, outlined his plan for the future of the inquiry.
