McGuinness welcomes DUP proposals

Sinn Féin's Martin McGuinness has said he welcomes the DUP putting its proposals for North/South relations on the table.

The DUP has said it was ruling out even the possibility of a border poll for the next generation, but Mr McGuinness believes if this was the start of negotiations, it could be seen as a hopeful sign.
