The King and Queen of Jordan are in Ireland today for an official visit.

King Abdullah al-Hussein and Queen Rania al-Hussein are due to meet President Mary McAleese at Áras an Uachtarán this morning before holding further meetings with the Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, and other politicians.
