‘Majority unaware of directory inquiry charges’

A majority of Irish people are not aware of the high prices they pay for directory inquiry phonecalls, according to a survey conducted by the communications regulator.

ComReg said 59% of respondents to the survey were not aware of the cost of directory inquiry calls.
