Paisley: I will not talk to Sinn Féin

Democratic Unionist Party leader the Rev Ian Paisley today told republicans there could be no way back into government for them in Northern Ireland until the IRA got rid of its weapons.

The hardliner at helm of the largest political party in the North following November’s Assembly elections also made it clear he would not be talking to Sinn Féin during upcoming multi-party efforts to break the political deadlock.
