Justice Minister Michael McDowell is reportedly planning to set a six-month time limit on the proposed public inquiry into allegations of collusion between the Gardaí and the IRA.

Reports this morning said Mr McDowell would bring the inquiry’s terms of reference before the Cabinet next month.
