€60,000 worth of drugs seized in Sligo

More than €60,000 worth of drugs has been seized in Co Sligo.

In a joint operation involving officers from Revenue Customs Services and the gardaí, cocaine worth €16,000 was found.

In a follow-up search, cannabis resin with a street value of €45,000 was seized.

Two men in their 20's have been arrested. They are being questioned at Sligo Garda Station.
