The Directors of Radio Kilkenny confirmed today that they have accepted a two month extension to their broadcasting licence, as granted by the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (BCI).

The Directors of Radio Kilkenny confirmed today that they have accepted a two month extension to their broadcasting licence, as granted by the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (BCI).

The licence was due to expire at the end of September following Radio Kilkenny’s recent loss of a High Court Action against the BCI decision to award a new licence for the Carlow and Kilkenny area to a private consortium.
