Nightclub owners says smoking ban is unworkable

The Irish Nightclub Industry Association have slammed the smoking ban regulations which are due to come into effect in the new year as "unworkable".

The president of the association, Jay Bourke, says nightclub owners will no longer be able to guarantee safety to his clients if they are forced out onto the streets to smoke.
