Gardaí resume McVeigh body search

Gardaí will resume digging bogland close to the border with the north as part of a new bid to find the remains of a teenager kidnapped and murdered by the IRA 28 years ago.

The latest operation marks the third attempt to locate the body of Columba McVeigh, who was aged 17 at the time he was taken captive and killed by the terrorist group.
