Govt sources confirm contact with IRA on Disappeared
Government sources have confirmed that Irish officials held private talks with the IRA recently about the location of the bodies of two of the so-called Disappeared.
The IRA said over the weekend that it had passed on new information to the Government about the burial places of Jean McConville and Columba McVeigh, two alleged British army informers who were killed by the IRA in the 1970s and buried in secret locations.
