Jeanie Johnston's epic journey ends in Boston

The Jeanie Johnston has arrived in Boston.

It's more than five months since the replica famine ship, worth $15m (€13.1m), left Fenit Harbour in Co Kerry.

The Jeanie Johnston will stay in Boston until Sunday August 3, before sailing to Canada.

She travelled across the Atlantic with around 40 people on board, including ten permanent crew members and a group from the International Fund for Ireland.
