Gardaí investigate Dundalk chip shop stabbing

Gardaí in Dundalk are investigating the circumstances surrounding the stabbing of a young man in the town at around 9pm last night.

The 24-year old was stabbed in the stomach outside a chip shop in the town. He was initially taken to hospital but has since been discharged.
