Tánaiste to launch jobs initiative for disabled

The Tánaiste, Mary Harney, is due to launch an initiative today aimed at helping disabled people to find work.

The initiative will be run by the recruitment website Irishjobs.ie, which has promised to raise awareness of the help available to employers and job-seekers with disabilities.

Up to 70% of disabled people in Ireland are currently unemployed.
