ISME: Falling exports could cause 20,000 lay-offs

The Irish Small and Medium Enterprises Association has claimed that 20,000 industrial workers could be laid off this year due to falling exports.

ISME said a survey it conducted found that 27% of businesses have reduced their staff levels in the last year.
