Gardai name man killed in road accident

The man who died in a car accident in Dublin this morning has been named.

He was 29-year-old Jason McCann from Rivermeade, St. Margarets in North Dublin.

He died after the car he was in hit a ditch on the Oldtown Road in St. Margarets at around 4am this morning.

The male driver of the car was injured and taken to the Mater Hospital, a woman also received minor injuries.
