Rynair challenge Aer Rianta

Rynair is joining with Aer Lingus in challenging Aer Rianta's bye law on staffing of check in desks in the High Court. Ryanair says the regulation is a further attempt by Aer Rianta to blame the airlines for the shambles at Dublin airport.

The low fares airline says delays at the airport, which are among the worst in Europe are due to Aer Rianta's incompetence and mismanagement.
