L-plate offenders to be targeted by new agency

A new agency is to be established to bring an end to motorists who flout the law by not displaying L-plates as well as eliminating rogue driving instructors, according to reports.

All driving instructors will be required to register with the new authority that will introduce tough new tuition standards together with a more modern driving test.
