Man released from custody over drugs haul

The man at the centre of a massive drugs haul in Athy Co Kildare last night has been released from Carlow Garda station and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

The man, believed to be in his 20s, had been arrested by Gardai following the seizure of around 20,000 ecstasy tablets last night.
